This product has been a God sent. Works really well has helped me with my bloating, digestive issues.

I love this product. I’ve been using Hum for the past month or so and it does a great job with controlling bloating and keeping me regular. It’s a regular part of my daily diet as well as taking glp1 supplements.

On my 2nd bottle. Does keep me regular, but haven’t noticed my tummy any flatter. LolUpdate: I have taken this regularly for two bottles now, and I am bloating more than before. I’m canceling my subscription and not taking it anymore

This product gave me some very unpleasant side effects! The first time I took these, I did not notice any difference, but the package said that it could take some time to work. I continued to take them before each meal. During the week I don't eat red meat at all, but on the weekends I may eat steak with my husband. I took the supplement before the high-protein steak dinner one night. I have not had so much stomach upset since I got Montezuma's revenge while vacationing one year. I know it was not the food since my husband suffered no ill effects at all. Being a research type of person, I decided not to take the supplement all week and then stupidly decided to take it again before the steak dinner. I wanted to know if the supplement caused the issues the week prior. This time the reaction was even worse. I spent the rest of the evening regretting my decision to try again. Needless to say, digestive enzymes are not for me! I spoke with my doctor and she informed me that digestive enzymes can hinder the bodies breakdown of fat and cause you to gain weight over time. While weight loss was not my goal, gaining weight certainly was not a goal! She told me digestive enzymes stop the large intestines from absorbing water thus helping some individuals not feel so bloated. Any weight loss is water loss, and temporary. I would not purchase it again and would caution others to be careful. My doctor told me that digestive enzymes can hinder the absorption of some medications, so taking enzymes that the body naturally produces is better left to individuals with diagnosed conditions requiring extra help.

I’d say if you’re eating a big mail I’d take this because it does work. My day to day daily is the powder with glp-1. It’s my go to daily drink with a mix of this to keep me from being bloated and regular!

This products works, but it depends on if you think the side effects are worth it. Basically the first week it was great, I was pooping and felt good. The second week, however, I was basically full of gas, farting, pooping unexpectedly and had terrible nausea. Of course it took me about a week to figure out it was the vitamin. I thought I was pregnant. So thank you Hum for giving me and my husband a fun yet terrifying scare.

So honestly I rarely write reviews but this product caught me off guard. I ordered it the day before and it came the next day. My office had a huge lunch catered and saying I over did it is putting it mildly. So I thought no better time to try it. After taking one pill I started socializing so didn’t pay attention if it was working or not. About 30 to maybe 45 minutes later it was almost like I had eaten. I was full but my stomach was noticeably flatter. I don’t plan to get crazy thinking I can eat like that all the time but it’s good to know something that other people are raving about in the reviews actually worked for me.
