This stuff works!
For the last few years my heels have been very dry. This summer it got very bad once I started wearing sandals. Every night I would have to sand my heels to prevent them from cracking more and bleeding. I already had several cracks about a centimeter long that were bleeding. At night I would apply the cream and use silicon heel cups + socks to maximize application, and the rest of the foot. In the day, put on a thin coat before putting on my socks. I also had thick pressure calluses on both big toes.Honestly, I didn't think this stuff would work. I tried lotions, and O'Keefes and they did nothing. Two weeks later my heels are 95% healed & the pressure calluses went away as well - very happy with this product.If you use the silicon cups, when you shower in the morning, your skin will suck up moisture like a Brawny paper towel. It's kind of weird, but goes away pretty fast after your dry off.

Amazing stuff!!
This stuff is AMAZING!! I am diabetic & my feet were extremely dry & cracked & my toenails were brittle & discolored & my podiatrist highly recommended I get 40% Urea cream with Tea Tree Oil & Aloe Vera.After using Urea 40 just a few times, my feet & achilles heel are no longer dry & the cracks are actually healing for the first time & my toenails are normal again! This stuff took care of the fungus that was causing the discoloration & brittleness of my toenails😊 All around my feet look and feel so much better!!It does leave a white film when it dries but if you rub it off you will notice that you are actually exfoliating the dead skin😊 I do recommend washing your hands afterwards otherwise you feel the film on your palms. You can use it for the top of your hands & knuckles just rinse off your palms😊I highly recommend Urea 40!😊

Eliminated heel cracks
This stuff works. Doc suggested Urea 40 and the pharmacist said I needed a prescription. Next stop was Amazon of course. And I found Urea Cream 40. Within 2 months, cracks on the ball of my foot reduced down by 80%, and heel cracks have vanished. I'm barefoot all the time so for the first 6 weeks slept with socks after applying Urea 40. Now simply apply it to my feet after a shower. And they continue the heal. Highly recommended.

Good for hardened skin
This product is working for me on super tough dry psoriasis on my feet. It's going to take a little while due to the severity of my condition, but a 40% urea cream is what my Dermatologist recommended. I noticed a smoother feel after a few days. I would not use this product on the hands, I wash my hands after use. Also, there's a strong medicinal smell. All around, a worthy purchase. I took a before pic here with my tablet so it's not best quality, but this is what I deal with.

Great treatment for AK's.
I bought this on the advice of my dermatologist to treat AK's (white skin tags on my arms and legs.) I wiped on this cream, let it dry for a half hour, then rubbed with a pumice stone. Gone! I am reapplying cream once a week, and AKs not coming back. Skin is clear for first time in 10 years.

Amazing Cream
My skin was affected and many doctors thought it was a fungal infection and recommended me to yous some fungal cream which i used for a month without any change. I went back to a dermatologist and recommended me to use UREA 40, after i finished using one 4oz bottle my skin started responding and i could see the difference. I ordered the second bottle on ebay and the time i finished my skin was back to normal. I used to mix with Eucerin lotion and the results were amazing as u always need to keep the skin moisturized. I wish i could share pictures but i do not have them during this review. I would recommend this magic cream for many skin issues, its worth money back

WoW - It Works On Toenail Fungus!
I have been fighting yellow and discolored toenails for over 20 years. Everything I have tried did nothing except for Tea Tree Oil which held in in check but would not cure it.I read that Sergeant's in WWII would tell the GI's to piss on their feet while in the shower to cure Toenail Fungus, unfortunately my wife was not going to sign off to that approach. Urea was the key ingredient in urine that was killing the fungus. This product is the next best thing.All my small toes have now returned to their original pinkish color and even my super thick big toes are just starting to show some color. I'm sure I will be losing them completely but in 6+ months they will have grown back out and will be the same pinkish color.Very impressive and it takes a lot for me to say that.

I Love It
My dermatologist gave me a prescription for Urea 40%. I was instructed to put it on my heels and feet every night before going to bed. It worked very well on my dry heels and the deep cracks in my heels. My doctor told me no lotion or cream would help with these problems. My prescription drug plan no longer covers Urea 40%. The ingredients in this product are a bit different than the prescription but it works exactly the same way. Very happy to have found this.
