Habe zwar erst ein Rezept daraus probiert, aber das hat richtig gut geklappt - und Mochi funktionierten vorher bei mir nur semi gut.Es ist super liebevoll gemacht, mit schönen Fotos und guten Anweisungen, sowie vielen Infos.

Kudos to Chef Kaori for her hard work on creating this fantastic new mochi cook book! This book is seriously cute without even opening it and the photos and food styling are on point! My husband and I were fortunate to actually cook with Chef Kaori years ago when we first met her in the Bay Area. She is a Mochi Pro and makes it look so easy. The book has several different methods on how to make mochi and a variety of recipes to try. Making mochi can be scary when thinking of the method at first...but Mochi Magic literally teaches you the right tricks to make some chewy and delicious mochi to share with family and friends- not to mention different fillings! Nutella, chocolate truffle, red bean, fruit are just a few. I also recently made the Mochi donut recipe (which is all the rage here in the Bay area) and they turned out amazing! Definitely easy recipes and language to follow- it is mochi making simplified. Would definitely recommend getting your hands on this book if you've ever wanted to make mochi or to gift to a friend who likes to bake!
