this worked well, husband made BOUDIN and pricked the sausage skin before pushing the meat through...works well

Easy to prick for making salami
Much quicker than using a toothpick. Seems to be sturdy. THe only way to improve would be to add harder cover. Right now it has plastic bag like flimsy one.
