Integrates into smartlife easily. Only issue I have with it is, it seems to take maybe an extra second or two to turn on light. But good for the price.

What a pity, it looked like it was a good product but the truth is that it is a failure. I tried every way to connect the sensor to the app and it was not possible. I'll return it tomorrow

Works OK but short battery life.Will not connect to Alexa. Only works with Tuya..Will modify it for mains opperation

I purchased this to install on my home landing at the top of the stairs, I'm using this as an alert system should anybody go downstairs during the night (as I have 3 young children) or if any other movements. The device is easy to install and connects to your home Wifi - only issue I had was that it only connects to the 2.4Ghz Wifi and not the 5GHz so I have to change the BT Router settings (which there is instructions on how to do so on the net). You need to download the SmartKnight app (I downloaded it from Google Play Store) and set up is relatively easy. One nice feature in the app is the Do-Not-Disturb settings which means during the day I can set a time frame where I do not get alerts should people be walking along the landing. A couple of things I will investigate to see if I can change is the Alert Tone in the app to see if I can change to another sound. Also, on my Samsung S7 phone I have the Do-Not-Disturb setting on overnight; but the app will noty alert me if this setting is on, so I'm going to look to see if you can allow certain apps to notify you even though the do not disturb is active on your phone.

I purchased this item hoping that i can link it and control light in the room with the use of the Smartlife app. However this item is different, other PIR sensor can trigger be triggered if there is a motion or if no motion was detected on certain time. This however doesn’t have the capability or trigger function when there are no motion in the room. In short it can only do one job, which is to alert you if there is a movement in the room hence it is leaning to home security functionality only. Yes you can link it to a light bulb to turn on, but if there are no movement in the room the light bulb will be forever open.In terms of detecting movement/ security notifications, this item is spot on. Only concern is the red light on the device. Once it senses motion red led lights up. This will be a concern if you are planing to hide this device because the red light gives away its position. I also like the magnetic back plate/piece it gives you flexibility in mounting this device in various places.

Won't connect to the app tried for days though Wi-Fi no tec support from the company it's gone in bin not worth sending something back if it's not up to the job

Well, despite the product description claiming it works with Google, it flipping doesn't. Both the SmartKnight (rebranded Tuya) and Tuya Smart apps can indeed connect with Google and Smarthings but they don't recognise any compatible devices....So much for using this to control my kitchen lights.Back it goes...
