I was quite willing to give this a go but omg am i regretting it, the taste is really awful, what a waste of money

It keeps me feeling full for longer.
I’ve purchased this as I follow a Ketogenic diet. The flavour is a different taste to normal coffee but I quite like it. I have one cup every morning and it keeps me feeling full so it makes it easier to fast as well. I would say give it a go.
