I wanted to knit a pair of socks after not having done so for several years. In the past I used inexpensive bamboo needles and found that I had trouble moving yarn past the spot where the cables joined the needles. So, after a recommendation, I bought Addi Turbo Sock Rockets and what a difference!!! I LOVE these needles and plan on buying more. Absolutely no trouble moving the yarn past the join and the sharper tips, along with the very smooth shaft, and extremely pliable cable has turned this project from frustrated determination to FUN! I strongly recommend these needles!!!

I like the pointed tips on this type of needle. Very smooth tips & good join to the cable.

Needles are smooth. No roughness at join. Cords are ok; better than most, but not the best. .

Love...love...love! Can't do better than knitting with great knitting supplies. And I've found that addi turbot needles let the projects I love to do get completed in record time. There no drag on the yarn from friction on the needles and they're so flexible the " magic loop" for socks is easy! Definitely my choice.

The packaging differs from the image and the cord is gold for size zero. Addi has been changing these things and it's all over the place.

These needles are great for doing the magic loop for two at a time socks but, they are also great for making lace. I highly recommend these needles.

Theses are so much better than the other brand I had to use.

So much easier for me to use than the regular needles on this small size.
