Looks beautiful and assembly was extremely easy (though I will say I am quite handy). The only caveat is that you must be careful to push the dowels firmly into their holes when drilling and screwing them in, or the cross-pieces (later step) will not align with their bolt-holes. Easier with two people; otherwise, press the first side firmly against a wall when putting the dowels in the second side. Also, I installed two sturdy 1 x 3s to my wall studs, then screwed the L-brackets into the 1 x 3s. Wouldn't trust wall anchors or even molly bolts - you need this piece to be firmly held by long, strong screws into studs. I felt no flex in the dowels (I am roughly 130 lbs.). Wood is a beautiful uniform color - looks amazing. Can't believe the price for the quality.

Although this product was difficult to follow the terrible picture instructions, it is a good value for the money. However, be prepared to add additional brackets for support because the ones they supply are not sufficient. The four brackets supplied Are aligned to the inside of the stretcher bar and therefore does not align with standard wall frame spacing. Once I added additional brackets to the outside of the basic frame, those aligned perfectly with the two by fours in the wall frame. Also the screw inserts and screws provided to go into the wall, are too long to support the frame.

This ladder went up super easily and my daughter loves it! It currently doubles as the ladder to her loft bed and a play/exercise ladder. It is super sturdy and looks great!

As a physical therapist specializing in Schroth scoliosis-specific exercise, I was hoping this product would be appropriate for clinical and adult use. Unfortunately, it is not sturdy enough for adults and does not feel safe or durable for therapeutic purposes. The bigger issue was the poor customer service. The seller refused to provide a prepaid return label, even though the product is large and difficult to ship. Amazon indicated that return shipping would be reimbursed, so I proceeded with the return. I ended up paying $107.59 out of pocket due to the size of the box. I am still trying to get reimbursed by both the seller and Amazon, which has been frustrating and time-consuming. Overall: Not suitable for adult use due to lack of sturdiness Poor return experience Significant unexpected shipping cost Worst return experience Worst customer service I would not recommend this product, especially for clinical or professional use.

Was unable to find a ladder to fit the space we had left. This ladder can easily be trimmed to be smaller. (not explained by the manual but with some basic crafting skills). I trimmed about 3 inches to make it fit. Great product.

No Customer Support My product arrived missing one bar. The product was installed outside the warranty period because we were displaced from our home and all personal property for over one year. I thought it would be a simple matter to obtain a replacement bar. Contacted this seller through Amazon three times, but they did not reply. Nor did they reply to Amazon Customer Service. And nor have they replied to my email to their dedicated support email address. At this point, I'll even buy the bar! I at least need to know the information as to sizing and specific hardwood so I can have one made at Home Depot. The product looks great, and when the contractor installed it into our steel framing with extra mounting screws, it is very sturdy. But without the hanging bar, it's not doing what I need it to do.

Good structure but needs better mounts to secure the frame

Would highly recommend drilling into studs instead for stability. Not the perfect craftsmanship but is doable and functional. Kids love it and climb all over it. Regardless of the pieces not lining up perfectly is still works and stays together pretty well.
