Long story short I bought this for Father's Day. This is the best pretzel dough you can get. Lancaster knows their pretzels. Anyways Little Caesar's pizza was advertising their pretzel crust pizza. My dad was intrigued since he loves both of those things. Well we called Little Caesar's and found out it just pizza dough that has salted edges. Lame. So I bought this dough mix and made my own pretzel pizza for Father's Day. It was incredible. I will definitely be making it again. In order to have the edges of pizza brown like a pretzel, brush on some baking soda dissolved in water. This will promote browning.

Made excellent bagel dogs. I got 10 bagel dogs out of one bag of pretzels mix. I followed the instructions for making pretzels so I had 10 long skinny pieces of dough and wrapped the dough around the polish dogs starting at one end. They looked like mummys after the dough was wrapped around them. Sorry no picture, they went too fast!!

I did not enjoy the flavor of these pretzels.I didn’t like tasting the yeast as well as a sweetness to it.If you like cinnamon & sugar on your pretzels, these will be great….But, if you like savory pretzels, these are not for you!!

We have a holiday recipe which requires home made pretzels. We always used Auntie Anne's mix, but it no longer seems to be available. This brand worked perfectly! So glad we found it!

Have purchased before. They make great pretzel rolls
