Yes, it looks like you can use the enclosed cards for extra card playing for the game version because the contents of this package has 66 Clue cards--one side for adults & one side for kids. Also enclosed are 88 picture cards for the added card game version. With instructions--I hope this helps

What is the minimum about of people to play? Can just 2 or 3 people play?

We always play teams of at least 3 per team. Not sure f it will work with only 2 or 3 people
