Doesn't dispence at same rate.
Seems that often the two parts don't come out at the same rate, then I have to guess and push some of it way so it is equal parts. Not just for the first application, but through out the contents. Wish they would fix that.

it is easy to use.
Altough the material was very runny (maybe because of the outside temperature 111degrees), it was easy to use. Will order again, if I need more. Very good adhesion, no mess with the suggested mixing area.

I used this to secure an anchor point into the ground. I used the anchor to secure my carport roof during a hurricane. It held fine.
