I purchased the electric scooter a year ago, and I'm extremely pleased with its performance. The scooter's battery life has held up impressively, providing a reliable and efficient ride. Not recommended, changed the battery after 2 month then sam issue after one year now , battery is dead

I purchased this scooter 7 months ago, but it was stolen so i purchased again their latest variant.Initially faced a minor speed issue it wasn't going to 25 km, but their rapid WhatsApp support resolved it within a day. Since then the performance is top-notch and battery timing is also good.One of the standout features of this brand is undoubtedly their exceptional customer service. As mentioned by other customers, they truly go above and beyond to address any concerns promptly.

Great build good quality

At first, the scooter is excellent but it has an issue with the brake pad and the disc brake. The seller was keen to fix it and request a visit to service the scooter. They fix it as first but the issue came back after a while. It became worst and it became so noisy to drive. I tried fixing it, adjusting the brake pad alignment but issue will come back again after a while. Upon further investigation, the disc brake was not totally flat. Its not circular balance. So nothing to fix not unless to remove the whole wheel and and brake disc and pound it to flatten the disc which will be too much work. Also, the scooter is falling a part after 4 months of use. The handle became wobbly. The bolt inside the lock was loose. The scooter is only good when its new. Shall I recommend? 50/50. 50 for its affordability but if you topup youll get a better one.

Scooter is good for the price, had 2 issues over the last 18 months , but the vendor fixed everything without any hassle

Ever since I brought this scooter since March, 2023 till November, 2023 I had to fix it and pay for maintenance 3 times! It keeps in turning off during the use although I make sure that batter level is full when I start riding.. when the last time I contacted the seller, he said there is no stock of batteries and advised to fix it in another shop! What kind of after-sales service is that? I cannot take responsibility of a bad quality scooter that I have to fix every 3 months!
