great item that I cant recommend enough and is probably more user friendly as cd than the book

So how is this different than your 12-step daily reading book? It's very smart: Russell Brand has serious intelligence. It's funny: Russell Brand is a very funny guy. It's honest: Russell Brand knows whereof he speaks when he talks about addiction, having indulged in many of the top winners in the addiction sweepstakes. He shows his insides with startling openness and humility. It's helpful: Russell Brand keeps his sobriety by trying to help other addicts, like you and me. It gives hope: If Russell Brand can do it, there's hope for me and you.

If you have had any addictions in your life..either yourself or family..this book is excellent because Russell does not mince his words..he tells it like it is. I ordered it because there are people I know with serious addictions.. but guess what? when you start reading it, you can find yourself there too It is a great book to read whether you are addicted not..we all are in some ways..A great book to get real with ourselves! Highly recommend it!
