mds delete on a 5.7l
these work great only with the lifter change.you have to change lifters with these plugs.the engine in a ram 1500 is the same as the 2500 and above with the 5.7lthere is no listing for the 1500 but they do work!!

do not buy these.
Garbage. How these got 4.4 stars is beyond belief. O rings are very very ....very flimsy too small and fragile. cleaned opening for plug even used lil bit of clean eng oil to lube up o rings NOPE top rings bulge out and tear 3 of 4 plugs. no matter how carefully you install... Hole cleaned lubed or un lubed o rings are absolute garbage period.

Clean the engine block sealing surfaces
No instructions and really need some. The orings break during install and it’s hard to determine proper insertion depth. I’m on my 4th leak this one at higher rpm and oil pressure.

Poor quality
Product failed in less than a week. Gaskets are too small to handle the oil pressure.
