Dissolve in baby bath water (not running water) .. tho I would make a paste and rubbed it all over specifically on irritated areas a few 15ish minutes before bath and then let my child go in bath and play a bit in the water as it slowly began to wash it off.

Do i need to rinse it off of my baby after the bath?
