Awesome chair one problem
This chair was purchased 11/23 for our 92 year old mother with medical challenges. The chair is great we can wheel it into the shower, tilt it for hair washing and is perfect for toileting. However we are experiencing difficulties with raising and lowering the arms as the screw seems to hinder the upward motion. Which causes problems when we need to have side access. This chair was over $1,000 and should provide full functionality. Please provide information for a resolution with this issue
