JUKI TL-2000Qi Sewing and Quilting Machine

I love this machine. I have several different machines but this is my favorite. It only does straight stitches. This works for me because I like to make quits. The machine is very fast. Machine itself is very nice looking. A little heavy to lift, but so sturdy! I did buy a light to go under the arm. Both really help to see your project. Easy to use and very stable.

I set it up immediately to test the top stitch. The machine delivered what I had hoped for. It is so sturdy and quiet. It handles multiple thicknesses of outdoor fabric and the topstitch seam is so clean and even. It is a straight stitch machine which is all I need for my projects and it does that extremely well. I have paid much more for a lesser machine that is now sitting in the corner. The JUKI foot pedal with the heel thread cutter works great, but my old habit of resting my foot on the pedal has resulted in unplanned cuts and extra technical language, but I will get used to it. The knee lift is terrific but my machine sits on a table with storage drawers so I will only use it on larger projects. This machine is worth every penny.i spent.

I'm in heaven!! This machine is a boss!!! I've wanted one for so long and finally got it. No regrets! Its a stunning machine and Amazon has it for at least $100 cheaper than anywhere else and it includes all the bells and whistles. You're not sacrificing anything buying from Amazon, plus its speedy shipping. I opted for the security code on delivery and that worked out well. So the Juki TL 2000 is a beautiful sleek machine, came with a walking foot making it perfect for quilting. If you want to free motion you need to buy that separately ( which Amazon also has for a great deal). It came with needles (size 11\14), 4 bobbins, 1 bobbin case (inside the machine already), oil and oiler, screwdriver, lint brush. It also has a huge extension table and a nice length power cord. It has a beautiful low hum that's not loud at all. Sews straight even stitches. This machine also has a pressure foot pressure adjuster. Big bonus because lots of machines don't have that feature. To add an FYI, the flat part of the needle faces the right, not the back like most home machines. Your also supposed to add a small drop of oil to the spot you click the bobbin into (inside the machine) with every bobbin change. This is a great value and it appears it'll last a very very long time. Made of all metal, no plastic. If your a little lady like me, you may want to schedule someone to help you remove it from the box initially. Its packaged very well and it was difficult to remove by myself. Trust me, I managed and got that bad boy out! I am so happy with this purchase and I'll update my review after a few weeks of sewing!!

I have had this machine for a few months and so far—love it. I haven’t been able to sew as much as I normally would because of remodeling but I really enjoy using this machine when I can. It is plenty powerful, is weighted and heavy enough to not vibrate and jump around while sewing. It came with all the attachments I would ever need. The instructions have been a little challenging and I have not yet been able to use the needle threader correctly but that is more user error than anything else. I gave up my industrial sewing machine for this one which is portable and have not regretted it. Although this is considered a quilting machine, I can’t speak to that since I don’t use it that way, but for draperies, repairs and craft sewing it has been perfect.

This is my wife's "second" machine and it for a moving table, so she is still learning the quirks of it, but it seems to be a nice machine.

The picture above is me being able to easily use this Juki to quilt a full size quilt! Let me explain. I have 2 Janine’s, a Bernina, and another plus serger. None had adequate harp area and I didn’t go the quilt as you go route. I have a few other T-shirt quilts to make so I went searching on Amazon. I was specifically looking for a workhorse with no bells and whistles. This baby is IT! She is quiet, easy to use when you carefully go by the manual and the many YouTube videos. The automatic needle cutter was a bonus I didn’t think would be such a wonderful asset. It sees up to 1500 stitches per minute. When doing a lot of straight lines this is great. But it also maneuvers well. I ordered the Grace Cutie Breeze frame to use for more intricate designs with this machine. Substantial and solid, all metal. I ordered needles and bobbins but it comes with plenty of supplies. The price, while not ceap, is reasonable for such a great addition.Update: after posting, I have had issues with thread coming unthreaded, etc. Trying to get help has not been fruitful. I’m upset at this point

This is the most reliable heavy-duty sewing machine I have utilized. It effortlessly stitches through thick fabrics and webbing with exceptional ease. I highly recommend this product.

I love this sewing machine. At previous employment we used nothing, but industrial Juki's and I fell in love. However, I wanted a machine in which I did not have to clean and restock the oil tray thus this machine is perfect. It has the speed without the oil maintenance and weight. Industrial machines and the accompanying tables can be rather heavy. This one fit perfectly on my sewing table and is not too heavy to lift when I need to clean. It sewed through my corset fabric like butter and the automatic cutter on the pedal is genius. I love the speed and my thread rarely ever breaks. I have no complaints; this machine is everything that I wanted. I must add though that this machine does1 stitch, a straight stitch. So, you may need another machine for buttonholes, zigzag stitches etc. Well worth it, to have in your arsenal for the serious sewer. Highly recommended.
