I would say that this would be a better primer if there was actually as much primer in the tube as displayed in the ad. Not much inside, barely cotes my lashes

- I feel like it was in the shop for some time because when I opened the primer, it was dry. Does not look like a recent product to me.

Unsealed, Empty, Dry, Disappointing.
I read the other reviews but ignored them thinking "this is Rimmel London, it can't be that bad". I was wrong. The product arrives unsealed and very light. I was suspicious and thought the product was fake at first. Once you open it, nothing. No product shows on the wand. There's barely anything inside. I had to aggressively push the wand into the bottom edges of the tube to get some product (in first opening!). But even so, the product only came on the tip of the wand. I was shocked. It is so dry and empty. Note: This product has a very thick bristle so it should've picked up a lot more product (or at least showed so). Whoever manufactures this should be ashamed. I am disappointed that I wasted my money on a product I had high hopes for. Do not buy.
