Items was as described, the main thing I liked about this product was that the rope was easily adjustable as comparyto other skipping ropes. It's a perfect choice for intermediate and beginners in skipping.

So glad I got this when it was cheaper.
Unbelievable. Had this rope recommended to me by a professional. Hit 50+ crossovers multiple times in my first workout with it. Never came close to that with other ropes. Amazon should stock this and keep on selling it for $9.99. This rope could change people's lives. There are so many cheap ropes out there that will really limit a person's progress. This isn't one of them. What a difference a rope makes. The rope is a little heavier too than most of the garbage ropes you will find on Amazon. Just be prepared for a killer workout.

The best rope out there!
I am a regular skipper and do around 2000 skips daily.I've broken many ropes so far (even the heavy one having thick metal wire inside) but the same never happened to this ;)I lost around 8kg (or 17.6 lb) just by being a little calorie conscious and skipping daily.All the best!
