Does the outside heat up when using?

No, up till now its working fine.But when I received the order its dust cover was missing.All in all I Liked it but the body quality could be better.

Is dust cover included in the toaster?

Mine didn't come with the dust cover. I use a cloth to cover the toaster. Great product!

Such an amazing toaster. Perfect toasting and does it nearly evenly. Great to have a crumbs tray that you can easily clean. Never used the croissant warmer but good to have a feature if you ever need it. Small enough so it doesn't take up a lot of counter space. Will surely recommend to buy
