Great source of Potassium Chloride (best form of potassium for your body)!
I have had some health issues including SLE(lupus). In my research for using nature to heal diseases, I discovered that potassium plays a vital role in our overall health. Potassium decreases the risk of stroke, lowers blood pressure, protects against loss of muscle mass, preserves bone mineral density, and reduces the formation of kidney stones. The primary functions of potassium in the body include regulating fluid balance and controlling the electrical activity of the heart and other muscles. It's vital for nerve health! The average adult should be consuming 4,700 milligrams (mg) of potassium a day. That's about 12 bananas a day and I know if your anything like me, I eat nowhere near the amount of potassium my body needs. I have tried many brands but this one seems to work the best and I've been feeling great! Fantastic product and it actually arrived on time! I also love the easy flip top cap. So nice for people with arthritis. A must have in your daily supplement regime!

It really works...
I sweat profusely l. I deliver Amazon products 10 hours a day, 4 days a week. I drink 2 20 ounce bottles of Body Armour on top of five 20 ounce bottles of water. However, I would still cramp up. With one Potasium Chloride pill a day, no more cramping. Perfect supplement.
