Dymax Small Size CO2 Glass Atomizer GA102s for Planted Aquarium Tank

It's small enough for a nano tank. But makes a hissing sound hence the two starts. Not sure if the problem is with the unit I got. Never had this with any other diffuser.

it hisses like a whistle at firsti soaked it in bleach for 6 hours then soaked it in tap water with 10ml of seachem prime for 12 hoursit worked,no hissing,better diffusion
