Basic design, construction, and operation are all fine. Where is falls down is 1) the installation instructions are very incomplete, 2) the included plastic expansion anchors for concrete wall installation are dangerous - the TV fell off the wall and I had to buy German expansion anchors at a local hardware store that were much better, and 3) there was no home delivery to Ruwais - surprise! I had to pick it up in Mussafah which has the worst traffic in Abu Dhabi and the map they sent me didn't match the building sign.Price was low but so was the quality, safety, and service.

Came clearly used.. but I didn’t bother as I need it to do the job and it did. It’s heavy though.

Great tv mount. Full range of motion. Seems to be sturdy. Holds a 55” tv no problem.

Installation of this really couldn't have been a whole lot easier. I dry-fitted the mount to the back of the TV before mounting it to the wall just to get a solid idea of where I wanted to drill my holes. I appreciated the stout lag bolts provided with the kit, it gave me a sense of confidence that it wasn't going to pull away from the wall. A word of advice to buyers - get either a 10mm nut driver bit or a 1/4" hex to 1/4" square adapter, you'll be a lot happier trying to drive those bolts into the wall with a nut driver than a Phillips-head screwdriver. After getting it screwed to the wall, I gave it a good push down with my hands - there was absolutely no flex to it.I was mounting a 55" Samsung (400x400 VESA) on this, and the wide mount plate (up to 600x400 VESA) enabled me to place the TV all the way to the right side to center it on the wall in combination with using the left-most holes on the backplate. While I had help to get the securing screws tightened down, I have no doubt that I could've installed this by myself and not risked my new TV. I did need to slightly tweak the horizontal level of the mount plate, but that really was part of the installation process to begin with. Because of the specific VESA screw depth of my TV, I *chose* to purchase M8x25mm bolts to attach the mounting arms, though the M8x50mm bolts provided, in combination with the spacers, would've sufficed; it just would've meant the TV sitting another inch off the wall.I initially debated between a flat mount and this fully articulated arm, and am very pleased with my choice. Should I ever need to add another input, having the ability to pull the TV away from the wall easily and not have to contort myself is a HUGE win.Pros:Double-arm construction increases strengthSuper-simple installationGood quality materialsCons:None in my opinion, although I have no need for the larger horizontal angle that you could get with a single-arm mount.

Just installed on a lg 65 UHD. Instructions for mounting position isn't very good however just use common sense. I had to use spacers on the screws that hold backing plate to tv. The screws where either to long or to short so I had to use the spacers that where included. This mounting kit is universal so it comes with many different screws and parts to ensure all types of tv fit. I tried to use instructions to position the the x style mounting brackets to tv however found it easier to just place the 3rd hole of brackets on each hole "4" in total and then mounted the square plate. Found it easier this way.Seems to work great. Comes with a level and hdmi cord. The mounting into the stud was easy. Package included a cardboard piece with the hole placements so you can hold cardboard up against stud and draw a hole with a pencil to trace the wall mount holes. Instead of having to hold metal frame up and drawing circles in the holes to know where to drill stud screws. Just little easier. Tilt and moves left and right so you can turn and watch from other rooms.Seems solid so far.

This mount was easy to install. I did need to use a hammer drill to get it into my brick fireplace but otherwise was a seemless install. I was able to mount my 65” 44lb tv and it feels sturdy and I have no worries about it coming off. I would recommend this mount to anybody looking for one.

This was one of few options to install our tv in brick over a fireplace mantel. Installation required us renting a hammer drill to accomplish the task, but we did get it done. We would have preferred to receive heavier anchors, but we feel the TV is acceptably safe in the wall. Overall, much less expensive than other brands that were not approved for brick install.
