Hated this book, what a scam. If I wanted to use shirataki noodles or make Zoodles I wouldn’t have ordered a recipe book. The 4 pasta recipes are pretty much if not completely what you can get for free. My grandson loves, fettuccini and my grandaughter loves Mac and cheese. I was hoping to get a real recipe like the bags of low carb noodles I can order from great American bread company etc at a cost less than ordering ready made products ($8 a bag).Save yourself the money, google it and watch a video online. This book is poorly written. You’ll understand the directions better and have the exact Recipes she published. I’ve never written a review before but felt this one deserved to have a negative one. If I could have given it a zero I would have.
