This roller is FIRM!!! If you can’t take any sort of pain, don’t buy this. If you need relief from tight muscles, and you enjoy the pain of deep tissue, this roller is for you! I use it on my legs, front, back, in and outside and on my back. This thing works GOOD!!!

Absolutely perfect and exactly what I needed. My generic branded one with cardboard in the middle broke under pressure. This one looks to be extremely solid and durable. The material is extra firm which is perfect for anyone with muscles that need deep tissue massaging. Legs felt better as soon as I had rolled them out.

I was looking for a replacement roller. This make is pricey but I took the leap of faith. Was not disappointed. Delivery was completed in a couple of days. Product was in great condition and what a worthy replacement. Tough and robust. Goodbye sore muscles and fast relief for more training sessions 💪 🙌.
