I doubt it is sourced from China. There are no markings indicating it as such and seems to be as effective as another brand I have used.

Can this pre workout be taken on offdays?

It could, but there wouldn't really be any point--it works as a (very effective) vasodilator, improving blood flow for your workout. (Although, it really makes the veins in your arms stand out and look cool).

Product seems to be placed In very bad conditions... i opened it and it was hard lumps of powder! And on top it was super sour when it's supposed to be unflavored. Highly not recommended! I tried it once I hope I don't get sick as it's 100% damaged
