Everyone who has been to a professional gym knows that the concept rowers are the best available. The PM5 has the latest display and software, and is so easy to use and get rowing. Kinda redundant reviewing these rowers as they set the standard by which all other rowers are judged.

Product is good, delivery service of Amazon is not good
Product is really nice. During shipment handle got damaged. Called Amazon to ask for replacement, but they only offered return, which I don't want. Waiting for 3 months now for Amazon to find a solution and had five calls already. Very disappointing and have never experienced that with Amazon before.
