Tea itself was fine, but I only received 1 pack when I purchased the pack of 6. I asked amazon for replacement, and again received only 1 pack! I don't know if this is simply a technical glitch. I hope this gets escalated to the seller.

This item was listed as being in a pack of 6. I ordered 3 packs (of 6) thinking I was purchasing a total of 18 boxes. Only 3 boxes were delivered.
