This is my third order, always watermelon. I've also tried the lemon one but I much prefer watermelon. Can definitely recommend it for during and after the gym. Keeps you hydrated (main reason I drink it) and the BCAAs (which you do not taste) are an extra bonus.

No side effects and taste is GREAT
I am 64 years old and active with daily exercise. I started using this product on Monday and immediately noticed a difference in stamina. I purchased Watermelon and Grape and the watermelon is very delicious and not super strong. I don't get jitters or heart palpitations, which is important to me. The grape is super strong and not tasty to me (and I normally love grape products just not this one. I'd definitely recommend. I have allergies to Niacin and I have PSVT which means my heart likes to beat super fast randomly and this product doesn't have Niacin or cause rapid heart rate. I'm very grateful for this product. It also definitely controls my appetite. No side effects at all.
