Page Street Publishing Awesome lego creations with bricks you already have

This is a great book for the younger Lego builder, but from reading the description I got the impression it would get quite advanced, and was expecting lots of projects with motors and movement. This is does not provide. My 12 year old would have found this unchallenging, so I have sent it back, and am now looking at technik versions.

Really good book for my 6 year old. Detailed instructions and ideas on how to make the best out of the numerous bits of Lego in his collection

Endless fun. Brought for 8 year old. He is loving all the creations and using lego creatively and learning to follow instructions!

Great ideas with and without detailed instructions. Good varied choice of themes.

Fab books, bought for my 5 year old. Claims it's for use with bricks you already own but we don't own half the ones needed (we only ever buy 'classic' sets.
