I have had a real problem with sleep for as long as I can remember. And I have tried EVERYTHING including prescription sleeping pills (which did work for a while but my body just got used them) This spray is just amazing. After the first 2 or 3 nights when I first started I have slept a full 7 or 8 hours every single night without waking. It's pretty much a miracle! The act of applying it is not a pleasant experience in my case as the first 5 mins after applying it really stings and itches like mad. But it's so worth it. Do yourself a favour and get this ASAP!

When I don't take my magnesium supplements during the day, I spray this no an hour before bed, and the synergistic combination of magnesium and Organic Cedarwood Oil, Organic Lavender Oil, Organic Sweet Marjoram Oil, Organic Clary Sage Oil relaxes me for a good night of sleep every time.

I have very mixed feelings about this spray. First, the spray DOES work. I am 21 weeks pregnant, and have been struggling with insomnia for months. I’ve been using this spray off and on for a few weeks, along with a half tablet of Unisom, and it does the trick. But… the downsides… The spray itches and burns like CRAZY if any gets on my legs. If I spray it directly onto my feet, it does not bother me though. The discomfort from the spray alone is enough for me to drop a star or 2. Secondly, I wish there was some type of dosage information beyond just “a few sprays”, because for us pregnant mamas— we want to make sure we’re not overdoing it on the magnesium. I also take magnesium in pill form, so that’s why I don’t use this every night. Overall, I do think it works, which is why I won’t give it less than 3 stars.
