Q: Will this work to measure temp in meat submerged in liquid in a slow cooker?

We do not recommend MEATER to be fully submerged in liquid since it is water resistant, not water proof. If you will use it in a slow cooker, please make sure the ambient end is not submerged and is not touching any of the walls. Product will be fine, when we receive it! (Shipment took more than 20days to arrive, when promised in11 days, by which time intended recipient had gone away. Communication after original delivery date not acceptable

Select medium, you’ll get rare, select well done, you’ll get medium.This doesn’t indicate correctly, gone back to the old method of cooking steaks, using my eyes.
