When I ordered this and it arrived the cream smelt terrible as though it had expired, I was unable to get a refund and was told to contact the manufacturer

It’s a good body moisturiser but is very thick.I transferred it into a more squeezable container which is a bit of a faff, but worth it.I wasn’t mad about the fragrance.It does smell of coconut but probably a less synthetic version of it, so not as sweet a fragrance. I would repurchase.

PROS:This lotion is extremely moisturizing and leaves my skin feel great for a long time. It has great lasting power. I love the scent, though I can see where some that prefer a lighter scent may not enjoy this one. I enjoy woodsy, natural scents & this is a blend of that with maybe a light floral scent (not overpowering/ sweet).CONS:This lotion is extremely hard to get out of the bottle once you get about a 1/3 of the product gone. While I do understand some complaints about this; I actually do not view this as a negative aspect of the product. The lotion is thick because of the ingredients & I feel lends to how well this product stays on the skin and retains moisture. My suggestion is to either remove the product & put it in a lidded jar or reuse another lidded tub from another product you might have used. OR, add some plain oil to help loosen the lotion a bit. I have all natural almond massage oil & added about 2-3 Tablespoons directly into my lotion bottle & shook vigorously. It comes out much easier now.
