My neighbor, who yearly visits relatives in the Seychelle Islands, brought me a tube of this gel (different brand) for joint or muscle pain, bruises, swelling. It is all natural, from the Arnica plant, and widely used in the Seychelles. We love this gel!!! it really helps arthritic knee pain, helps bruises to fade quicker, doesn't have an odor and actually reduced the swelling in an ankle sprain. Love this product.
