Great poacher, I recommend this one
It’s smaller than my 70’s version and that’s ok. The cups come out individually (also better than the 70’s version when you had to spoon them out) and makes the perfect shape on toast. I love if, highly recommend this one and it was reasonably priced.

Inexpensive poached egg pan works great!! THUMBS UP!
I read many negative comments about this poached egg pan, but I found the comments to be unsubstantiated and for $13 I was looking for an early a.m. egg poacher so I could make some tasty egg dishes for lunch. None-the-less the pan has been fantastic and with a little aerosol butter spray my eggs are absolutely fantastic. Now remember I said this was a $13 poached egg pan and most certainly there are more sturdy and Better Built poached egg pans than this one. But using it a couple of times a week for egg preparation variations this works great! My foolproof method is let the water boil, send over on the counter I have the egg rack with be filled cups that I place in the pan using the lid to cover the whole experience and after 5 minutes on a hard boil I turn my stove down to low and set the timer for 6 minutes and you have perfect eggs and no melted cups. I highly recommend this items simply for the fact that you can't beat the price when other poached egg pan are 30 40 and $50.

follow the instructions
I didn't read the reviews until after the purchase. I experienced the most reported complaint of the egg sticking to the cup. I think most people, myself included, think that steam pouring out of the pan means the egg is cooking. That is not the case. It instructs you to use low to medium heat. I used medium first and I still had a little sticking. I lowered the heat and I had a better result. Finally I put olive oil in the cup, not coating it but dumping it in, and the eggs come out great and they pop out without any assistance of a spoon or fork. That is my experience.
