Candlewick Press (MA) The Worst Witch

I can see why it is widely believed that much of Hogwarts came from this little book. A sweet little story. 2nd grade reading level, give or take a year.

I’ve loved this book since I was little (in the pre Harry Potter era) and I’m thrilled my niece is now enjoying it as well
