The (27.5"-35.4") option (69.8cm -> 89.9cm) fits easily into a 69.2cm wide door frame.The bar is easy to install.- I was very careful to make sure it is exactly level (vertically and horizontally, a spirit level could help you here).Very good build quality and strong once installed.- It can hold my 90kg body moving around easily.It is very comfortable and easy to grip - because of the big foam grips on it.The Paper instructions are in Chinese Language only.- For English you can use the instructions from the Amazon Product Images.

Good quality and sturdy pull up bar that doesn't require screws. Once fixed properly it does not move. To achieve this you need to first open it from both ends by twisting them until you get the length equal to the distance betwen the two walls. Then to really tighten it well you hold the bar from the middle and rotate it rather than rotating the sides until the fit is really really tight. Instructions don't tell you this part. It also has holes in the bracket should you chose to use screws but it was not necessary in may case with solid walls on either side.

I bought this product with a thought that the product is novel and it will perform as per its cost but its supports do not rest on a flat wall reliably. Every time i placed it between the walls it slipped after I put my weight (85 kg). This product looses grip on wall and it can cause serious injury to the person using it. May be it can take the weight of child but definitely not of an adult. Waste of money.

The connection with the wall is not safe, better to use only with the doors frames ..

I am 85 kg and the bar can withstand my weight. Very good product. Strong and does not slip when I installed on the door frame. Does not require screws.
