This collar has worked wonders on our 7 month old Malamute. He went from being an almost uncontrollable, self willed bundle of 125lbs of energy to a respectable animal that responds immediately to voice commands. And we only have used it a few times. That was actually all he needed was to see that when you say "no" you really mean NO. He is hardly ever getting into trouble anymore, he's so much happier and so am I! :) Just be sure to always follow through and you will be amazed with the results. Great collar-very pleased!

I've never written a review on Amazon, never. But I'm so disappointed by this product and infuriated by the seller, I feel absolutely compelled.After purchasing this, I think before it even arrived, I received two emails from the seller asking for a review. Boy were they enthusiastic!After receiving the collar and using it, noticed what some others have reported, the collar is very inconsistent. The communication between the remote and collar seems to always not work at the most critical time and when you're trying to train, correction at those critical learning opportunities is vital. Stopped using it for a while because it was so inconsistent. Then tried again recently. Noticed the light on the remote wasn't illuminating on press. Tried to charge it. Seemed ok, but after unplugging it, nothing. After barely any use, the remote was no longer holding a charge.So I tried reaching out to that previously enthusiastic seller. Crickets. A second time, triple checked the email address, maybe the person who originally reached out was no longer there, crickets.Don't waste your money or your time. Poorly made product, even poorer seller.

Works perfectly almost better then models twice its cost. My only gripe is the power saving function. The remost shuts off after a few minutes of inactivity to save battery power. Awesome except you should not be constantly tapping the buttons to signal your dog. Especially if you are in group training session. I find that when i need to use the buttons i jave to wake the remote up which causes a delay in training. Timing is everything with training and i wish there was a way to turn this feature off. I have since ajusted and use a double tap to make sure the remote is awake and my dog recives the signal. For anyone who is currious this remote may go up to 100 but my dog responds to and works on level 3. If there are high distractions around we have moved up to level 5 temporarily. Feel free to adjust and move up and down as tour dog requires. Also i use vibrate after a swim as level one on static shock produced a yelp from my pup when she was wet. Which has never happened before on any model collar. This collar easily switches between 2 dogs and remembers all last used setting for each dog\Collar

I bought this double set for our two golden retrievers, and they worked well while they worked which was for a couple of months or so.. As with many reviewers, the remote unit quit working, but it was not the battery. In vain, I contacted the seller, with no results and no response. When I opened the remote, the wiring on the electrical board was loose from the contacts because it was not soldered with enough material to hold it firmly. I will try soldering the contacts back on the board, but if that does not work, into the trash it will go. All of it. These are not made well, and I suspect may be after market products because there is NO BRAND LABEL on the remote or even on the box it came in. That would also explain why there was no response of any kind to my request of a replacement remote. I would never buy from this seller again.

Well this product works wonders for my Yorkie but I also have a pit bull. He is not affected by the vibration at all I have his vibration at the max level which is 100. He is only affected by the shock which I have at 25. I hate to shock him but he like to harass the Yorkie all the time.

Awesome set up. Easy to use, vibration and shock for different situations. For the first time ever, I have a female black labby who was barking and getting a bit territorial, something I never had problems with before. Though she has not totally stopped, she is 95% better in the barking and territorial behavior. I have never had to go this extreme before but it is doing the job. The secret is to have the remote in hand as the negative behavior is happening. When I put on the collar and say, 'you don't want to be shocked', it works 90% of the time. A valuable and reasonably priced tool to use when you have exhausted the usual options.

I believe the remote is defective as it does is difficult to take a charge and does not hold a charge at all. I'm too far past the return or complaint stage as I've had it probably 5 or 6 months. It was defective from the beginning as i used it once and then put back in the box only to try and use it again and it will not take or hold a charge.

I live in an apartment complex and have two dachshunds (12 and 7 lbs), I understand that they are dogs and instinct is to bark; however, enough is enough! These work wonderful for the barking and working with them off lead. I use the vibrate mode for the barking and the alert mode for the off lead training. I have used the "static shock" a couple of times and boy does that really get their attention! We are still in the training mode, but they both have a different demeanor once these collars go on! Would recommend them to others!
