Q: What is the measurement of the pad?

Length 6.5 inches, sides 2.5 and in the middle it's measuring 2 inches. Hope this helps.

Q: How finely woven are they in microns?

Don't know the answer to the question. IMO these don't stick to the underwear at all, but I like that they are all natural. When I test wore them, they were rigid and not flexible with my sitting or walking postion. I still have them, but don't wear them....only if I have no other options will I use these.
