The eucalyptus smell makes me take long, deep breaths, as you would in relaxation exercises. I guess this is the main reason it is calming. I need to keep reapplying it, to keep the effect going.

I spray this on my pillow at night. It is very relaxing and I have no problem falling asleep.

Reiner Betrug
Das Produkt an und für sich ist toll, tief einatmen und man fühlt sich sofort ruhig, man atmet frei und ruhig, ich kaufe es immer wieder. Allerdings war dieser Kauf reiner Betrug, der Flacon war nämlich leer. Das hat jemand geleert und dann zurück geschickt und ohne Kontrolle wurde das dann wieder an einen Kunden gesendet. Das geht überhaupt nicht.

Beautiful aroma
I use this at night to help me relax before sleep. It is so easy to apply and takes very little time to rub on to pulse points.I find the item is quite expensive but do not yet know how long it will last so difficult to correctly assess the cost.Overall I am very satisfied with the product.
