I’ve been using Boudreaux’s Butt Paste for both of my kids, and it’s definitely one of my go-to diaper rash creams. I’ve tried a few other brands over time, but I keep coming back to this one because I really prefer the consistency. It’s thick enough to create a good protective barrier without being too hard to spread. I usually apply it with a Q-tip, which actually fits perfectly into the opening and helps keep things mess-free. A little goes a long way, and found that it starts clearing up diaper rash within just a few applications. It also holds up well between diaper changes and doesn’t seem to irritate sensitive skin. It’s been reliable, easy to use, and effective.
