Bought this to keep our Kenmore Robot vacuum out from under our entertainment center. Beveled edge on top, flat on the bottom. Came with adhesive tabs that so far keep it stuck to our laminate floors! Worked with our Coredy 750 as well!

This did come as advertised with the tapered edges, it works pretty well if you cut them long. Anything under 1 foot is probably not gonna be picked up by the sensors on the robot. The vaccum ran over and dragged a pc that was several inches around, it is probably best to tape it down if you don't have a heavy rug.I used it mainly under thicker shag rugs and fluffy rugs, it keeps the robot from getting on it and getting stuck! I also put some under the dog's water bowl mat and it works fairly well except for smaller pcs where sometimes they get pushed around. Make sure you get enough cause one roll isn't much if you want to cover multiple things.TIP: It works way better when you expose 1/3rd of the strip from under thicker rugs. Sometimes it may not read the strip right away if completely hidden. It goes roughly an inch or so over the magnetic strip before sensors pick it up and moves away.

The tape works like it is supposed to - my vacuum detected it and avoided the areas where it was applied.It's beveled so that it is less likely to be a tripping hazard.Came with very little double adhesive sided tape, given the length of it, I ended up using some carpet tape that I already had.

I needed more boundary tape and the stuff that came with my Tikom robot mop/vacuum was just not enough.This stuff is great -- it's wider and more durable than the boundary tape that came with Tikom, and it definitely works. I recommend it.
