Great Product to replace HP original cartridge
I bought this cartridge and it was great but after about 500 copies it started to fade. I would shake the cartridge and it was good for about 50 pages before fading again. I got in touch with the company and they were great in chatting with me about the problem. I had the cartridge for about 9 months and what they decided to do is refund my money in total. They have outstanding service. I would not hesitate to buy another cartridge from them knowing that they stand behind their product. The savings over a HP original cartridge is significant and worth using these cartridges.
