I believe it is not approved by DM. But I checked it by burning a small quantity and it produces the blue and orange flame, which is how the Ethanol should burn. If you can find any other way of checking it, please share. Please be very careful if you want to test it by burning it. you can put a small quantity in a steel spoon and burn it. it should give blue flame at bottom and orange flame at the top. Again, be very careful and make sure there is no child around.

Can this used as liquid for electric disinfectant spray gun? And what ratio of water and liquid should be the best result???

You should mix the product with water in a 70:30 ratio.
