The media could not be loaded. Shipping company offered to call when they were 30 minutes away, which was important to me because we arranged to have it delivered on my day off & I have a small child. I never received that call, but was fortunate that my boyfriend happened to see the truck at my shop. The driver said it wasn’t his responsibility to call & he left my delivery right in front of the entrance to my building where other businesses have their offices.The table was perfect except for the pedal. It appeared to be corroded in the corner, but the seller made that right. Excellent customer service, quick to respond to my complaint! And so far, the table works beautifully. The motor is a little loud, but nothing too crazy! I love it!

Excellent price. Sturdy Frame and silent motor operation. Clients say they can’t tell if it’s going up or down. The face cradle is a little firm and hurts peoples face but I easily replaced that. Also doesn’t really come with bolster. The item the say is a bolster or more of a neck rest so be prepared to buy a proper one. Otherwise excellent!

Have only had this product for three(3) months and it is already making a very loud noise - problem something wrong with the hydraulics. Called Saloniture Customer Service for assistance and the gal I spoke to was NOT helpful at all. She couldn't give me any info. I asked if I probably need to add some hydraulic fluid and she said maybe. I asked where to add and she said "I don't know". Poor product and even worst customer service. I'd give this a negative star if I could. Don't buy.

I selected the highest weight rating available as I serve clients of varying sizes and I am not petite myself. However, I have noticed a glitch in the headrest that causes it to snap down on its own, despite tightening it. Additionally, the cushioning is starting to flatten out. I plan to reach out to the seller, but I am not very hopeful. On a positive note, the table mechanics are fantastic and it was a breeze to set up.

I'm a massage therapist and this table was perfect. It arrived in record time with no shipping issues. Only a small blemish when I unpackaged it, it had a small tear about the size of a penny at the foot of it. Contacted the seller and the issue was resolved immediately. Haven't had any trouble so far with noises from the motor or table it's self. My husband gave it a good once over with some lube and no issues. My clients say they love it because it is wider and more comfortable than my last table. All in all great table for the price.

Works perfectly! I had to connect the lift arm on the bottom of the table, then plugged it in and stepped on the pedal and it works great! Quiet motor too. The face cradle is nice as well, that was an unexpected surprise.
