This vitamin spray is very convenient and is very tasty. The downside is if you have multiple using it at the same time it goes fast.

Tasty cheater method to get some vitamins
I love that this is a whole food vitamin and easy way to get extra vitamin C during cold and flu season. I love the powerful tangerine flavor, as does one kid. The other kids don't enjoy the flavor. It is very handy to use after another liquid (VitD) that tastes gross (they all agree on that).
