I'm 6 foot and 270# no problems

Q: My cushion just arrived completely flat. i assume there is supposed to be some air in it? otherwise i don’t see how there is a way to balance or tilt?

Yes, there should have been some air in the cushion, a lot, but yes. If you have an air pump with a needle nose, you may be able to pump some air into it. I just purchased a regular office chair, as the Wobble stool was simply to small for my bum. Not enough support and caused my legs to hurt. Good luck with yours.

Q: how wide is the bottom - the part with wheels?

The bottom is approximately 17" in diameter (measured from where the wheels connect to the metal base).

Q: Is this stool good for tall people or tall women wearing heels? I need a stool that can adjust to 22" high or else I get knee pain.

Hi, Wobble Stool Air is about the height of a normal stool or chair. The height is adjustable to 19-25.5". We suggest the Wobble Stool, the stool is good for tall people and the height is adjustable to 23-33". Thanks
