it is normal pure healhty water!

Issues with the delivery
Product is good, but there is constantly issues with delivery, last order says "delivered" but never received it.

So this is 4 gallons and not 5 compared to the ones you usually get form drinking water company.I hope they aren't overheated while being transported and delivered to our homes.
