The fire arrived in a large unbranded cardboard box. In addition to the fire is an instruction leaflet, and various attachments. The fire has a great quality and design. The size is perfect. The fire has various speed level functions as well as different colour flame options. The fire is simple and easy to use and has a remote control for added functionality. Well worth the money. Very happy to recommend.

Firstly it was necessary to fit the feet. This was very fiddly and annoying. The screws are quite small and access to the body of the fire to fit the feet is restricted. It took me some time to fit them.The fire looks very nice and streamlined so will fit close to a wall or fixed to it. I'm still getting used to the workings, especially with the remote control. I think once I've been using it for a while I'll get the hang.To me because it is very lower it could do with longer or extendable legs.Overall, I think it is a good fire though

The media could not be loaded. Very nice led fireplace, a bit noisy though if you use the heating. Otherwise tip top. Very nice flame effect, with five speed levels, five brightness levels and also five different flame colours. Very happy value for money.

We were looking for a freestanding heater that would replace our halogen heater that gave up the ghost, and this was far more attractive and seemed to fit the bill, what we hadn’t realised (stupidly you might say) is that it’s really a main room Fire, best in/on a Fireplace. So it’s bigger/deeper than we expected, pretty damn heavy too. Certainly looks good, but the real disappointment is the heat output isn’t great, just a fan blower out of the top, no radiant heat, and a disappointed Cat! So, as a freestanding heater, not recommended, as a main fire perhaps ok but not that much heat! Remote control works well though.

Installation was straightforward, however it is a pity that the power cable is a side entry so is visible if wall mounted. The flames and colours are extensive and once the controls are mastered produce a good result. Heat output seems adequate for top up to central heating and the fan noise does not seems intrusive.

Many thanks for the good service in sending the fire on the delivery date as promised. The fire was to replace an old electric fire and reduce our electric bill my son installed it in twenty minutes and it was a delight to sit in a warm room and watch the flames change colour.
