Can the drawers hold 12 x 12 scrap booking paper?

There are at least 2 in the Seville Classic line, only in white!, the other colors are different dimensions. One is the Seville Classics Large 6-Drawer Storage Bin Organizer Cart, Frosted White. The other is a 10 drawer version.

Has anyone had a problem with weight of paper rims in drawers or the drawers coming off tracks from weight in the bins? thanks

I have small bottles of craft paint, paint pens, brushes etc. I liked this, its easy to want to overload it. The drawers eaisly come off track. I just know if I move this one more time the slightest bit, it was all cave in.

How much weight can the shelf in top hold?

I have about fifteen pounds on the top shelf and it hasn't affected the unit. Personally I wouldn't put more than that on the unit unless you fix a 3/4 inch plywood top to it such that the weight is distributed evenly and even then I would use caution. What are you wanting to put on the cart that won't be accessible elsewhere on a sturdier commercial cart?

what is the width and length of the drawers?

The bottom 4 drawers are 13 x 9.5 x 5 inches deep ; the top 8 drawers are 13 x 9.5 x 2.75 inches deep.
